Tasting Notes: A beautiful golden colour which will intensify with bottle age. The grapes used to make this wine are highly infected with noble rot and this is reflected in the bouquet which is full of honey and lime marmalade characters. The palate is deliciously luscious and is counterbalanced by the natural acidity, making this a dessert wine of the highest pedigree. These wines can be matured for quite a few years during which time they become richer in colour and more complex.
